Mecila offers up to 6 scholarships to PhD Students enroled in a doctoral program of Freie Universität Berlin, Universität zu Köln, Universidade de São Paulo, El Colegio de México and Universidad Nacional de La Plata for research stays of 5 months (between June and November 2025) in São Paulo, Brazil.
