As part of the theme week organized by Hamburg University's Center for Advanced Studies "Futures of Sustainability", Food for Justice leaders Renata Motta and Marco Antônio Teixeira will present an overview of food inequalities in Brazil during the pandemic and the reaction of agrarian movements. The event, entitled "Land and Food Struggles in Latin America", will bring together a number of researchers and activists to debate on different aspects of the Latin American reality in the context of so many disputes.
Food for Justice members will participate on October 20th, which will have a special focus on discussions about transnational interdependencies and emancipation. Click here to check out the full program!
