Our associate researcher Nicolas Goez gave two presentations related to our research about alternative food practices and agroecology in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.The first presentation, "nachhaltige Urbanisierung: zwischen räumlichen Aushandlungen und alternativen Mensch-Natur-Beziehungen," took place at the 2021 Annual Conference: Space and Transformation at the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development. The second presentation "State, Statehood, and Politics in Urbanization: Alternative food practices and technologies of agroecology in Belo Horizonte" was given by Nicolas Goez for the workshop "Urban Space & Landscapes" at the Institute of European Ethnology at the University of Vienna.
