On Thursday, August 18, the Food for Justice Team organized a discussion round with our guest researcher Prof. Janet Conway. We talked about her book “Identity, place, knowledge: social movements contesting globalization”. The conversation was organized around questions of coalition building, knowledge production, and representation with/in social movements. We very much enjoyed the discussion with Janet Conway and were inspired by her insights and comments.
