On July 15, 17:00 (UTC +02) Mecila will be at the Globe21 science festival #bordercrossingsolidarities together with the other Merian Centres on a panel to discuss the regional effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on science and research.

Organised by the Research Centre Global Dynamics of the University of Leipzig, Globe21 offers a huge variety of events and themes, ranging from regional conflicts and international relations to work conditions in academia. Check the full programme (in German).
